NOTi Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s off, we’ve got you — but here’s the fine print:
- All returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Store credit will expire 30 days after it’s issued.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Broken pet necklaces can be repaired for a $10 fee — just email us to start the process.
Damaged or broken item?
Send a photo and your order number to shopnotipr@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll evaluate and make it right.
Starting a return:
- Email shopnotipr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important notes:
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 14-day window.
- NOTi reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request.
