NOTi Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s off, we’ve got you — but here’s the fine print:

  • All returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Store credit will expire 30 days after it’s issued.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Broken pet necklaces can be repaired for a $10 fee — just email us to start the process.

Damaged or broken item?

Send a photo and your order number to shopnotipr@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We’ll evaluate and make it right.

Starting a return:

  1. Email shopnotipr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important notes:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the 14-day window.
  • NOTi reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request.
